Indonesian Society of Genetic Counselors (ISGC) supported by Indonesian Society of Human Genetics (InaSHG).proudly present the sixth webinar case series of genetic counseling: “Genetic Counseling in Cancer”.

We had an insightful speaker from Malaysia, Mrs Yoon Sook Yee, FHGSA. She is the President of Genetic Counseling Society Malaysia and former Head of Familial Cancer Research Program, Cancer Research Malaysia. She shared her knowledge and experience on the utility of genetic profiling in cancer management.  She explained over various aspects ranging from Diagnostic for risk management, particularly regarding who should be tested guideline for germline testing/predictive testing, to genetic testing for treatment decision and prognosis, also discussed about the challenges of genetic counseling in cancer cases.
